Under the Stars in South Maui
May 31, 2008 | Mark your calendars: June 11th-15th Wailea's Maui Film Festival returns to the amphitheater-like Celestial Cinema at the Wailea Gold & Emerald Golf Course in the Wailea Resort.
Some of the stars in attendance this year are Pierce Brosnan, Felicity Huffman, Virginia Madsen, and Dennis Quaid--all recipients of awards. As in other years, there will be several special events taking place in tandem with the Wailea Film Festival, in addition to the various discussions, panels, and awards ceremonies: The Taste of Ko Reception, Starry Night Moon Dance, Taste of Chocolate, and Taste of Wailea.
Parking for the event will be on a first-come-first-serve basis at the Wailea Special Event Parking Lot, near the resort entrance. Guests of the resort will be offered shuttle service to and from the Celestial Cinema throughout the festival.
