Amy won numerous Na Hoku Hanohano awards for such categories as Song of the Year, Female Vocalist of the Year, Album of the Year, and Hawaiian Album of the Year. Her album "Hawaiian Tradition" was the first album written solely in the Hawaiian language to achieve a World Billboard Charts ranking.
